tasya sarbasya ya shakti..." (Chandi, Chapter 1 verse 78)

Whether it is matter or consciousness is full of Shakti (Power) and the combination of the two is the source of absolute power. Both powers must be acquired for the destuction of the Asurik (evil) elements of the society and thereby, we can help the mankind move ahead in the path of development of conciouness through practise of knowledge (Jnana). This is Shaktibad.
